History

In the year 1999 the basis of the team gathered together. Before 1999 these people were just professionals who worked separately, but they liked their work and were conversant with each other. Their specialization was web programming, web design, flash design, PHP programming and database development. The thing that was common for those five is their strong interest towards Internet and wish to build Internet by themselves. This company was named the Lab of Creative Solutions. The company became the basis of TheAnotherWorld .

The year 2000 brought the first version of the Content Management System that was developed by the company programmers and is given to the clients free of charge. This Content Management System made the site control and support much easier for clients. A group of programmers are permanently working at CMS updating, and now it is so functional that a site can be supported and maintained by only one person who even knows nothing about programming.

In the year 2001 the company launched new services, such as photo editing, icon design, banner design, hosting and domain registration. The number of company's clients got still more.

Firstly the company consisted of these five guys only. But in ten months after the company foundation they understood that they can't handle such a great work content. So they enlarged their staff. And since then the number of TheAnotherWorld  specialists was constantly increasing. During these five years of productive work quite a lot of websites, portals, personal webpages, flash presentations (and what not!) was elaborated.

The year 2004 is the year when the Lab of Creative Solutions divided into two companies. Half the staff created TheAnotherWorld company and are successfully working now.

Principles

TheAnotherWorld  company is the company of professionals. Each of them is a specialist of particular speciality and is engaged in special part of website elaboration. When people are accepted for employment to TheAnotherWorld , they are subjected to the strict selection. That guarantees the quality of each project the company creates.

Usually the work with a client starts with the full work content estimation. All the clients wishes are taken into account such as color scheme of the future site, its general look, additional features and everything a client wants to see on his site. If a client hasn't become formed yet - he is offered different variants of web design and advised how to do it the best way. After that he is given a client several sketches of his site design, he choses, corrects or rejects, if it doesn't fit his needs. If so - variants of design will be being developed till a client is quite satisfied. After that a website is coded and its features are developed. After a site is completed it is attached to the Content Management System and all the codes and rights are given to a client.

Due to the strict differentiation labor, that is customary in TheAnotherWorld , all the projects are accomplished within short terms and are of high quality. It means that al the sites created by TheAnotherWorld  has the following features: fast load time, easy navigation, proper work of all the additional features, friendly interface and links. Besides it includes professional imaginative design.

TheAnotherWorld  staff is constantly growing and their professionalism grows together with the staff. They are in course of all the up-to-date technologies of web programming.
